DAY 1: HA NOI ARRIVAL - FOODIE TOUR (D)

Welcome to Vietnam! Welcome you to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties. 

About 4pm, our guide will bring you around Hanoi Old Town by walking for 3-4 hours to discover Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi church,… During trip, you will try some authentic local food such as: Noodle (Pho), Bread (Banh My), Egg coffee, mixed fruits…

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HA NOI - HALONG BAY (B,L,D)

Activities: Travel to Halong Bay, visit caves, islands and enjoy seafood

Itinerary:

Have breakfast, then check out the hotel. Today we take a 165 km drive heading toward Quang Ninh Province to discover one of the most attractive destinations in Vietnam, Halong Bay.

Recognized as the World Natural Heritage site in 1994 and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2011, Halong Bay fascinates its visitors with the stunningly spectacular seascape and unspoiled natural scenery. Also known as "The Place of thousand caves and islands", Halong Bay is endowed with unaffected limestone islands, exceptionally beautiful grottos and caves such as Dau Go, Thien Cung, Sung Sot, which definitely impress you. Let’s laze on a wooden junk, enjoy the cool wind and emerald water while the delicious seafood lunch is being prepared. Halong Bay is also an ideal place for many interesting sports like swimming, kayaking that you should not miss. Dinner is served on board with awesome fresh seafood.

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – HA NOI  (B,L)

Activities: Cruise Halong Bay in the morning, check out the boat, return to hotel in Hanoi.

Included: Hotel in Ha Noi, ground transportation, entrance fee, tour guide, breakfast and lunch

Itinerary:

You'll have breakfast on boat and then spend the morning cruising Halong Bay and explore the beauty of the bay. After lunch the cruise ends up at the dock at around 11.30AM to check out the boat and head backwards to Ha Noi.  Arrive in your hotel about 03:30pm.

DAY 4: HOA LU – TAM COC – MUA CAVE - FLIGHT TO DA NANG (B, L)

Activities: Visit Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Mua cave, Fly to Da Nang

Itinerary:

7:40 – 8:30: A modern minibus will pick you up at your hotel heading to Ninh Binh, the world heritage site.

09:45-10:00 : The trip starts at Tam Coc area. Taking a rowing boat from Tam Coc wharf. The boat tour is arranged by local people with their both hands and legs. Visit 3 Magical Grottos: Hang Ca (First Grotto), Hang Hai (Second Grotto), Hang Ba (Third Grotto) during this tour

11:30 : Relax with biking around Tam Coc in 30-45 minutes. If you travel during harvest season, you will see many rice fields in golden colors.

12:15 : Enjoy special food at local restaurant in Tam Coc. Learn how to make Vietnamese cuisine.

13:15: The tour guide will take you to Hoa Lu, founded in 968, it remained capital until 

the early 11th century when Emperor Ly Thai To moved it to today’s Hanoi . Arriving in this beautiful mountainous landscape, you’ll walk 300m to the temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasty.

14:15: The last destination, Mua cave. The cave is compared with “Great wall of China”. Here you walk 500 steps to reach the top of Mua cave then take a lookout of a splendid overview of Ninh Binh.

16:00 : Relax and get on the minivan for returning to Ha Noi

19:00 : Drop you off at your hotel, say farewell. Flight to Da Nang, pick up and transfer to hotel in Da Nang.

DAY 5: DA NANG CITY TOUR (B,L)

Activities: Da Nang city tour.

Included:  Hotel in Da Nang, ground transportation, guide, Lunch, entrance fee

Itinerary:

9:00: you will be greeted by our guide and transfer to visit Marble Mountain, discover the stunning natural caves, the mysterious pagodas and enjoy the beautiful view from the top.

Drive along Hoang Sa-Truong Sa street to Son Tra peninsula, visit the Linh Ung pogada _ the city sympol of peace. 

12:00: Have lunch with local food 

12:45: Pay a visit to the Cham Museum. Walk over the Dragon Bridge, the Guinness World Record largest steel Dragon', for a river view and to see the riverside carp-dragon statue. 

13:30: Visit Han market, one of the city's major traditional markets. 

15:00: Return to your hotel. 

Stay overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 6: DA NANG - BA NA HILL -  GIANT HAND BRIDGE  (B,L)

Activities:  Visit Ba Na hill, Golden bridge, French village

Itinerary: 

08h30: Pick you up from your hotel for the journey to Ba Na Hills. Then check in at the Suoi Mo Cable car Station. You will admire the heights from the most modern cable car system in Southeast Asia. Enjoy the funicular railway, visit Golden Bridge, Linh Ung pagoda, France wine cellar, D'amour flower garden.

Have a lunch with buffet in Bana Hills

In the afternoon, free time to visit & play games at Fantasy Park, explore French Village, King Peak at an altitude 1.487m, and admire the stunning panoramic views of Bana & Da Nang.

Then return to Cable car & transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang.

DAY 7: HOI AN - COCONUT JUNGLE AND HOI AN CITY TOUR  - FLY TO HCMC (B,L)

09:30 Arrive in Hoi An, transfer to the Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and have chance to rowing basket boats with the locals. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest. You can get some loveable handmade souvenirs made from nipa palm leaves such as hats, watches, rings…

The next stop is our restaurant. You have lunch with some Vietnamese foods and take a rest there.

Afternoon: visit Hoi An city 

Firstly, you’ll visit Hoi An Market which is always bustling. It offers an unmissable shopping experience. This market is full of sights, colors, sounds and smells.

Then, walking to the Hoi An Old Town

You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world.

Make a stop at the Japanese Covered Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.

Go to the  Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings.

Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.

DAY 8:  HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNEL (B,L)

Itinerary:

In the morning: About  08:30 am, you will be a picked up from your hotel and start to visit:

The Reunification Palace : This is one of the most important buildings in the city. Here on April 30, 1975, what the Vietnamese refer to as the ‘American War' officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese

Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time, the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam . 

War Remnants Museum : Formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes , this is a poignant display of the futility of war. Some of the black and white photography in the ‘Requiem' exhibit is particularly touching, dedicated to both foreign and Vietnamese journalists and photographers who perished during the conflict. The exhibit includes the last shots these photographers had taken before their deaths. The courtyard outside contains the spoils of war, namely rusting jets, tanks and cannons captured from the American military machine. 

Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office : Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Remarkably every stone used in its creation was shipped from France to Vietnam . Her two 40m towers, topped with iron spires dominate the city's skyline. The Old Post Office is another example of French colonial architecture and is also the country's largest post office. 

After lunch at local restaurant we continue to visit Cu Chi Tunnel: 

Cu Chi Tunnels are underground zigzag networks of over 200 Km, are the symbol of the will and the creativity of the Vietnamese.

Located about 60 Km from Saigon, Cu Chi was a fierce battlefield during 1960- 1972. Visiting Cu Chi, you can see how guerrillas dug , lived and fought the tunnel , you also have a chance to learn how the streight of will against sophisticated weapon.

Then you watch the documentary films about the history of Cu Chi Tunnels and see hand-made weapons, bamboo traps,…And crawl in the tunnels as you like. We also know how the locals make rice – paper and rice – wine. Experience the awesome feeling when firing AK- 47. Visit Cu Chi Tunnels you get closer to the spirit and courage of Vietnamese people in the Viet Nam War.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH - MEKONG DELTA (B,L)

Activities: Visit Mekong Delta with My Tho, Ben Tre

Included: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, ground transportation, boat trip, guide, entrance fees, breakfast, lunch.

Itinerary:

About 8:00am, our guide will pick you up at your hotel. We then spend about 1,5hours on car to come to My Tho, which is known as “ the biggest rice basket” in Vietnam. 

After arriving My Tho city, you get a chance to visit one of the most famous pagoda named VINH TRANG with special architecture combined between Asian and Eropean styles. To continue the tour, the local motor boat willl take you along Dragon island, Unicorn Island, Phoenix Island, Turtle Island.  On the boat, you can see the fishing port, Rach Mieu bridge, stilt house, boat buiding workshop. We then stop at the famous Unicorn Island where you will take a short trek to see the fruits garden.You can also enjoy tropical fruits, natural honey tea and wine at a bee keeping farm and Vietnamses tradition music showed by the locals.

Then you are tranfered to a small motor boat, travel along the lush, green canals, and stop at Halal restaurant for Vietnamnses lunch. You can ride the bike around the village and visit crocodile farm, take a rest on hamock or study how to pass the monkey bridge. 

A rowing boat will carry you slowly through the canals which cover a peaceful air and full of water- coconuts trees.

After that, you will continue your motor boat trip to Ben Tre province. 

The horse-car will take you to the village to visit a handmade coconuts candy workshop and see with your own eyes how to make the rice noodles.  Boat will take you back My Tho, then the bus will drive you straight to Ho Chi Minh at about 5:00 pm.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)

It’s an easy and relaxing day (Hotel check-out time:12pm) Our driver will transfer you to airport. Say goodbye Vietnam!.
